What is a secure transaction?

A secure transaction is a straightforward and convenient service for clients and contractors that ensures the payment of funds to one of the project participants. The client is guaranteed a refund if the contractor fails to complete the project according to the agreed-upon assignment. The contractor is guaranteed the payment of reserved funds if the project is completed in full as agreed upon with the client. The reserved funds are under the control of the portal and are paid out based on whether the order was completed. This service reduces the risk of financial loss for both clients and contractors to zero. Secure transactions are conducted exclusively on this site - RUSHIFY.CA. If you are led to another site, to another "secure transaction," it is very likely to be fraudulent!

Why should you use a secure transaction?

• The service guarantees the safety of your funds until you have confirmed the project's completion. The client does not fear being deceived, and the contractor does not worry about payment for their work.
• The client can be assured that their project is being handled by a contractor who understands the project's essence.
• The contractor receives an additional 50 rating points for successfully completing a secure transaction.
• In case of any difficult situations over the project, participants can seek arbitration from our service and receive competent and unbiased assistance.

How does the service work?

The client publishes the project and selects the "Secure Transaction" option.

1. The client receives applications from contractors, from which the client selects the most suitable one based on deadlines, price, work experience, and presence on the portal. The client must choose a contractor for the project if they wish to continue through a secure transaction.
2. The client and contractor discuss and agree on the final deadlines, price, and project specifications (PS).
3. After all procedures for agreeing on project terms, the client reserves the amount discussed with the contractor. And outlines the PS in the project!
4. The contractor receives notification that the funds are reserved and begins work. Until the funds are reserved, the contractor may not start the order.
5. The client receives the completed work from the contractor and, ensuring it has been done correctly according to the PS, completes the project. After the project is successfully completed by the client, Freelance.ua is no longer responsible for this project.
6. The contractor and client exchange feedback.
7. The contractor requests a withdrawal of funds. The withdrawal of money is processed within 2 business days. Funds can only be withdrawn to Ukrainian bank cards!

Arbitration of the Secure Transaction Arbitration resolves disputes in a "Secure Transaction" when a client is dissatisfied with the contractor's work, or the contractor, having completed the project, does not receive approval from the client. Canceling a "Secure Transaction" without arbitration is not possible if the funds have already been reserved. If the contractor has completed the project and the client does not respond for more than 7 business days, then through arbitration, the funds will be transferred to the contractor if the task was completed, after which the project will be closed.

Is the secure transaction service free? There is a small fee for the "Secure Transaction" service. The client pays the fee. The service fee for a successful "Secure Transaction" is: If the project budget is more than 100 UAH - 8%, If the project budget ranges from 1 to 99 UAH – 250 UAH.

In case of a refund to the client's card, the fee for withdrawing funds is 2.5%. The refund may take up to 5 banking days.

A refund is only possible during the secure transaction's working phase; after the successful completion of a secure transaction, funds are not returned!
